Opportunity to join a medical manufacturing company, taking on the full scope of Quality for the Manufacturing and Engineering function. Work alongside an experienced team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and SteriPack’s systems to optimize product development, internal and external device manufacturing.


  • Support daily activities for the Manufacturing and Engineering teams
  • Participate in new product/technology transfers to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
  • Responsible for Record Management, Deviations, CAPAs, SCARS, Non-conformances, Out of specification reports, Complaints and Change Control system
  • Ensure prompt actions are taken for issues relating to product and quality systems
  • Update management on quality-related issues and carry out root cause analysis where appropriate
  • Participate in internal, external and customer audits
  • Participate/support the Management Review Process
  • Participate and support all validation efforts


  • Third Level degree (Level 7) within a relevant discipline, Engineering, Science, Quality
  • Industry experience (preferably in a quality-related role)
  • Good working knowledge of Quality System Requirements, ISO and MDD standards within the healthcare/medical device industry
  • Ability to work well as part of the team
  • Good communication skills
  • Previous quality auditor experience or certification is an advantage
  • Uses knowledge of Six Sigma, Statistical Analysis and Lean principles to investigate and solve problems and improve quality
  • Good technical capabilities, communication skills, teamwork abilities and initiative
