  • IT resource management and planning their purchases
  • Running and participating in internal IT projects
  • The second line of support for users using the helpdesk system
  • Care of office and production applications
  • Diagnostics of hardware and software problems
  • Ensuring the security of IT systems based on best practices
  • Creation, organization and optimization of IT documentation in Polish and English
  • Analysis of IT applications and projects for business
  • Employee training in the use of IT systems

 

We are looking for you if:

  • You combine the ability to work independently with the ability to work in a team
  • You have a proactive approach for the clients’ needs by proposing new solutions
  • You want to recommend improvements in existing systems

 

What we expect from you:

  • Higher education (preferred IT, electronics)
  • A minimum of 5 years of work experience in a similar position
  • Communication, independence, highly developed interpersonal skills
  • Experience in solving daily user requests
  • Very good command of English in speech and writing
  • The ability to work in a team
  • Very good work organization skills
  • High knowledge of server and client systems from Windows, MS Office and backup systems
  • Good knowledge of computer hardware, network solutions and scripting languages
  • Proactive attitude and creativity in creating new solutions

 

Additional advantages would be:

  • Experienced in the management of IT sources
  • Experience in working with GAMP / FDS and validated systems
  • Experience in working in an international environment
  • Knowledge of Linux, WDS, WSUS, SQL, Microsoft Azure
